What we do not do

We do not provide flight booking assistance, refund or compensation help for delayed or cancelled flights, lost-baggage claim handling, or any direct service-recovery functions. Those need to go through your airline or the airport operator's customer service team. We also cannot accept payment for editorial coverage — every airport in our top 50 is included on the same basis as every other airport, and our ranking reflects published passenger volume, not a commercial relationship.

We typically respond within a few business days; complex factual corrections may take longer if they require us to verify details with multiple sources.

If you have a time-sensitive question about a flight that is in progress — gate changes, delays, airline desk locations — please contact your airline's official customer service line or check the airport's live flight information display system. Terminal Guide is a reference work, not a real-time operations tool, and we cannot help with anything that needs to be resolved in the next hour.
